Electrical products and lighting components must not be powered on or installed.
The customer is responsible for reviewing product specifications and details before completing the order. Any costs resulting from exchange or return due to incorrect selection, including shipping and delivery fees, shall be borne by the customer.
The customer is entitled to exchange or return the product without any additional charges in the following cases:
A manufacturing defect in the product.
Damage caused during shipping.
Receiving a product different from the one ordered, provided that the incorrectly shipped product has not been used and remains in its original condition.
Products may be exchanged or returned within 7 business days from the date of receipt.

Please provide the invoice, order number, product details, and the reason for exchange or return.
Wait for management approval for the exchange or return request.
A response will be provided within 3 business days, and response time may vary during promotional periods.
Upon approval, a shipping label will be sent to the customer. The label must be printed and attached to the shipment.
If the returned product is found to be non-compliant with the exchange and return conditions, the customer will be charged for the shipping cost.
The customer bears the shipping costs for exchange or return, except in the cases stated above, where the store will cover all related costs.
If the customer requests a refund, the amount will be processed and returned to the customer’s bank account within two business days.
The exchange process typically takes 6 business days after the returned product has been received by the store.
